AAW Point Of No Return 2014

Berwyn, Illinois 4/11/14

1.) OI4K (Dave Crist & Jake Crist) vs. Los Ben Dejos: ***1/2

These two teams had a very good match at Path Of Redemption a few months prior. In this case, OI4K waste no time and go after Los Ben Dejos, but they are quick to respond themselves. This was about as good as their previous match. It's clear that both teams work very well together. OI4K scores the win in this very competitive tag team match.

Up next we have Eddie Kingston coming out with Jordynne Grace. He trashes the crowd and talks about Silas Young and their upcoming Steel Cage Match. Kingston then calls out anyone in the locker room to face him right now. Surprisingly, Dan Lawrence responds. He praises Kingston a little bit in an entertaining promo before bringing out Kingston real opponent, who he convinced to face Kingston earlier, Ty Colton (looks like Lawrence set this up as a way for Colton to get destroyed by Kingston).

2.) Eddie Kingston (with Jordynne Grace) vs. Ty Colton: **1/2

This was a very short match (under 4 minutes), but it was actually quite competitive. Colton got quite a bit of offense in and actually looked pretty good. Unfortunately for Colton, he would come out on the losing end, as Kingston won the match.

Afterwords, Kingston cuts a promo where he basically says he's going to destroy Silas Young in their Steel Cage Match.

3.) Killer Death Machines (Jessicka Havok & Nevaeh) vs. Heidi Lovelace & Athena: ***

Nice to see a women's match on this show! I've heard a ton about Jessicka Havok but I don't think I've actually seen any of her work. This was actually a really good women's tag team match. Just really good action from all four girls in this one. Lovelace & Athena (who's finisher, The O-Face, is seriously awesome) eventually score the win over the Killer Death Machines.

4.) ACH vs. Silas Young: ***1/2

As Young is making his entrance, ACH & the rest of the crowd sing Young's theme song ("Don't Stop Believing" by Journey). Silas takes the mic and says ACH likes to be a funny guy, but tonight he's in for a serious fight. This was a pretty good match. Both guys are very capable competitors so it's no surprise that this was good. They did do a pretty entertaining spot where they played off Hogan/Ultimate Warrior with ACH missing the Atomic Leg Drop and Young hitting Warrior's Big Splash (Warrior had passed away a few days prior). At the same time, I thought this could have been a bit better, but didn't get to that next level. They would go on to have a match in ROH a few months later that was better. Eddie Kingston & Jordynne Grace come out to distract Silas and Kingston spits beer in Young's face, which leads to ACH getting the win.

5.) Kyle O'Reilly vs. Alex Shelley: ****1/4

Shelley made his return to AAW the previous month in a loss to Silas Young. This was a great match. They told a really good story with O'Reilly constantly working over Shelley's arm in several different ways. It started slow, but really picked up. The second half of the match was especially good with a series of great exchanges. O'Reilly gets the win with a backslide in one of the best matches in AAW this year.

6.) AAW Heritage Title - Six Man Scramble - Matt Cage vs. Knight Wagner (with Justice Jones) vs. Juntai Miller vs. Christian Faith vs. CJ Esparza vs. Louis Lyndon: ***1/4

Matt Cage has been put into an interesting situation as he has to defend the title against five other guys. This was a pretty entertaining match. These types of matches always turn out to be fun contests, and this was no different. This didn't reach that next level like some other Six Man Scrambles I've seen, but it was still pretty good. Cage somehow scores the win and escapes Berwyn with his title intact.

Next we have the AAW Commentary Team, Phil Colvin & Derrick St. Holmes, in the ring to hype up the rest of the show. They are interrupted by Saraya Knight (mother of WWE Diva Paige). She runs down the Berwyn crowd, but she herself is interrupted by Arik Cannon, who of course has beer with him. Cannon insists he's here just to watch Knight jar with the fans, but Knight instigates Cannon, and predictably, a brawl breaks out.

7.) Anything Goes Match - Saraya Knight vs. Arik Cannon: **1/2

I'm guessing this is anything goes since they used weapons right from the start. It was fine for what it was. The brawled a bunch around ringside. Cannon got busted open pretty early. This served more as a set up for what happened next. Gregory Iron & his Iron Curtain (which consists of two guys from his AIW version of the stable plus Christian Faith) come out and attack both Knight & Cannon. Iron recently returned to AAW and made a statement by attacking Colt Cabana. Iron says he's here to while up the muck in AAW. Faith then powerbombs Cannon onto a pile of thumbtacks!! The Iron Curtain then drag Knight on top of Cannon, who scores the pinball win.

8.) AAW Tag Team Titles - Men Of The Year ("Unbreakable" Michael Elgin & #ALLEGO) vs. Lince Dorado & Rich Swann: ****

I think this is the first time Swann & Dorado have teamed together in any fashion. This was a great Tag Team Title Match. Men Of The Year were good as usual while at the same time continuing to tease tension between #ALLEGO and Michael Elgin. Swann & Dorado looked really good in here also. They worked pretty well as a team. There were a lot of entertaining spots in this match, including Elgin doing the WORM!! Men Of The Year eventually score the win in what was an exciting Tag Team Title Match.

9.) Markus Crane vs. Ryan Boz: 1/2*

According to Markus Crane in a pre-match promo, this match is being held under "Markus Crane Rules". Whatever. The match lasts about a minute or so. Crane gets a little bit of stuff in, but Boz just destroys Crane and makes quick work of him.

After the match, We Are Here (Kevin Harvey, Keith Walker & Nikki Mayday...sans Tweek Phoenix) come out, and tease getting into a brawl with Boz, but AAW Owner Jim Lynam comes out and threatens suspensions & firings if they make contact with each other, in order to calm things down. Both sides back down.

10.) AAW Heavyweight Title - Shane Hollister (with Scarlett Bordeaux) vs. Jimmy Jacobs: ****1/4

Jacobs lost to Hollister at The Chaos Theory, but pinned Hollister in a Tag Team Match at Epic: The 10th Anniversary to get another chance. This looks to be held under relaxed rules, as the brawled to the outside right at the start. They did some cool spots to the outside before getting back in. This was a lot better than their match at The Chaos Theory. You can just feel like the crowd was more emotionally invested in this one. Lots of great back & forth action from both guys. Jacobs also gets busted open, like in their previous match. Eventually a guardrail gets involved and Scarlett Bordeaux ends up taking a spear from Jacobs! Hollister is shortly thereafter able to put Jacobs away and retain his title. 

Overall: 8.5/10

This was a really great show from AAW. Aside from one skippable match, the entire show was pretty solid. O'Reilly/Shelley and Hollister/Jacobs for the AAW Heavyweight Title were both awesome matches and were definitely the standouts of the night. Men Of The Year continue to impress as AAW Tag Team Champions, putting on a great match with Rich Swann & Lince Dorado. The undercard also had a lot of solid stuff on it, from two entertaining tag team matches (one of them being a women's tag team match), to a fine encounter between ACH & Silas Young, and a fun Six Man Scramble for AAW Heritage Title. Definitely one of the best shows AAW has put together in 2014, and one I can easily recommend.

Thirty Competitors vie for a shot at the Absolute Title!

AIW Gauntlet For The Gold 9

Cleveland, Ohio 3/14/14

1.) Dicks & Flips (Ty Colton & Flip Kendrick) vs. Youthanazia (Matt Cross & Josh Prohibition): ***

Colton & Kendrick are teaming up together for the first time, while Cross & Prohibition have been an established team for a long time. This was a pretty solid opener. Youthanazia looked good in here, but I was surprised how well Dicks & Flips did, with it being their first match as a team. The crowd was really into the team of Colton & Kendrick, who ended up getting the surprise victory! Cross & Prohibition discuss what happened that led to their loss as they go to the back.

2.) Fatal Four-Way Match - Davey Vega vs. Shane Hollister vs. Trevor Lee vs. Tyson Dux: ***1/2

Here we have an interesting array of competitors, to say the least. This match was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed it. They went balls to the walls from the opening bell and we got a lot of great action. Dux ends up getting the win in this exciting Fatal Four-Way.

3.) Winner Gets The #30 Spot In Gauntlet For The Gold - #ALLEGO (with Seleziya Sparx) vs. Bobby Beverly: ***

As the match stipulation dictates, whoever wins will be Entrant #30 in the Gauntlet For The Gold Match, so their is a lot on the line in this one. A solid match here. Both #ALLEGO & Bobby Beverly are mainstays in AIW and they put on a good contest here, although I feel both guys are capable of having a much better match. #ALLEGO uses heel shenanigans to score the victory.

4.) AIW Tag Team Titles - The Jollyville Fuck-Its (Russ Myers & T-Money) vs. The Batiri (Obariyon & Kodama with Veronica): ***1/4

The Batiri are getting their rematch for the AIW Tag Team Titles, as they were the team Russ Myers & T-Money beat to win the titles at Hell On Earth 9. In an interesting note, the pairing of Kodama & Kobald lost the titles, as Obariyon was in Japan at the time, meaning the Boys from Jollyville haven't beaten this pairing of The Batiri. Much like the Tag Team Title Match at #TGIF, this one was pretty good. The Batiri have gotten really good as a tag team while Russ Myers & T-Money got to show their stuff. Eventually, The Jollyville Fuck-Its get the win and retain their Tag Team Titles.

5.) AIW Intense Title - Louis Lyndon vs. ACH: ****

This was a matchup that was supposed to happen at some point last year but ACH had an injury and it didn't happen. Now it is, and it's for the AIW Intense Title! This was a great match. For the second AIW Show in a row, Louis Lyndon has a standout match for the Intense Title. Really cool stuff between him & ACH. Even though #ALLEGO interfered towards the end, I think it added a little bit in this case, as ACH was able to fight them off. Lyndon, in the end, was able to put away ACH and retained his title.

6.) Tim Donst vs. Eddie Kingston: ***

These two have a long history (particularly in CHIKARA) which mostly involve Kingston giving Donst brutal beating after brutal beating. It was also noted on commentary that Donst (who called out Kingston at the last show for this match) had yet to score a victory over Kingston, who comes through the crowd and attacks Donst from behind. They brawl through the crowd a little bit before getting in the ring and officially starting the match. This was a solid match, though I think it was just missing something from being truly great. Kingston kept trying to put Donst down but Donst kept fighting back, and eventually wins the match when he gets Kingston to tap out!

After the match, Donst cuts a promo talking about how he shook hands with everyone he's beaten (Chris Hero, Danny Havok), and people he is going to defeat (Alex Shelley at the next show), but he will never shake Eddie Kingston's hand. Kingston then attacks Donst from behind with a chair! He works over Donst with the chair and eventually goes after his knee. Referees and others have to pull Kingston off of Donst. This is concerning for Donst as he will be in the Gauntlet For The Gold Match later in the night. Donst gets up and calls Kingston back to fight him, but Kingston just leaves through the crowd.

7.) AIW Absolute Title - "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin vs. Andrew Everett: ****1/2

Since winning the title at Dead Presidents, Elgin has adopted a "take on all comers" philosophy when it comes to defending the title. He defeated Drake Younger on the previous AIW Show, and this time he's facing Andrew Everett, who is wrestling in only his second match with AIW. I thought this match was amazing!! Any time you get a high flyer vs. a power guy, you usually get a really good match, but when the said power guy is "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin, it's bound to be fantastic. Elgin showed off both power & agility while Everett wow'd the crowd with his arial abilities. Just a great match all around. Elgin is eventually able to put Everett away and retains his title in what will be one of the best matches you'll see in AIW all year.

8.) 30 Man Gauntlet For The Gold Match: ****

So basically this is AIW's version of the Royal Rumble Match. The winner of this match will challenge for the AIW Absolute Title at Absolution IX. I won't go through all of the entrants & elimination person by person, but I can go through some of the highlights. Gregory Iron & Veda Scott were entrants #1 & #2, so an all out brawl broke out quickly. Even though Scott was able to eliminate Iron, the next 3 or 4 Entrants were all members of Gregory Iron's Iron Curtain. They took turns beating up Scott and Iron smashed a glass Pepsi Bottle across Scott's face. She was busted wide open.  Other highlights included the returns of Christian Faith & Jimmy Olsen, Seleziya Sparx absolutely dominating for a period, Matt Cross eliminating his tag team partner Josh Prohibition, and many more! This involved a lot of various storylines going on in AIW at the moment (which are a lot easier to understand if you've been following the AIW product). Eventually, the final two came down to #ALLEGO and Tim Donst, and Donst was able to eliminate #ALLEGO to win Gauntlet For The Gold!! He goes to Absolution IX where he will challenge for the AIW Absolute Title!

Overall: 8.75/10

This was a fantastic show from AIW. From top to bottom, this was just a really entertaining show. Every match on here is at or goes over the *** mark for me. You had two solid tag team matches (one of them for the AIW Tag Team Titles), and electric Fatal Four-Way, two great matches for the AIW Absolute Title & AIW Intense Title (the former begin a potential Match Of The Year Candidate), and a very entertaining Gauntlet For The Gold Match. An excellent show on the whole from AIW, and one that is definitely worth checking out!

We kick of the night with the AAW Commentary Team, Phil Colvin & Derrick St. Holmes, in the ring to hype up the show. They are rudely interrupted by AAW Heritage Champion "Money" Matt Cage. He's upset with what happened at the last show between him & Junthai Miller, and he wants his match with him right now! Miller quickly responds & here we go!

1.) AAW Heritage Title - Matt Cage vs. Juntai Miller: ***1/4

This was a really good match to start the show. Lots of back & forth action between Cage & Miller. Both the champion & the challenger looked good in this one. I wouldn't call it quite as good as Cage's match with ACH at The Chaos Theory, but this was still a very good opener. Cage gets the win in a extremely competitive Heritage Title Match.

2.) Los Ben Dejos vs. OI4K (Dave Crist & Jake Crist): ***1/2

Irish Airborne have been mainstays in AAW, but I believe this is the first time in AAW that they have been referred to by their OI4K (Ohio Is For Killers) name. Los Ben Dejos, meanwhile, are making their AAW debuts. This was a really good tag team match. OI4K looked good, but Los Ben Dejos really impressed the AAW Fans. Just great tag team wrestling from both sides. OI4K eventually get the win, and Los Ben Dejos made a lasting impression.

3.) Silas Young vs. Markus Crane (with Dan Lawrence): DUD

During Young's Entrance (which is "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey. Just Epic!), Crane makes Snow Angels....Hilarious. Nothing much to speak of here. It went about a minute or two. Crane just taunted Silas a bit and actually got a few moves in on him before Young destroyed him.

After that short affair, Young tries to call out Eddie Kingston, but is attacked by Dan Lawrence, and we have another match!

4.) Silas Young vs. Dan Lawrence (with Markus Crane): *1/4

Both of these men are former AAW Heavyweight Champions. This one was not that long either, but it was a little longer and a bit more competitive than the Markus Crane match. Young picks up the victory with not much difficulty.

5.) #1 Contender's Fatal Four-Way - Ty Colton vs. CJ Esparza vs. Knight Wagner vs. Marek Brave: ***

This is pretty much the same Fatal Four-Way Match from The Chaos Theory, except we now have CJ Esparza of Zero Gravity in there instead of DC Dynamite. The winner of this match gets a future Heritage Title Shot against Matt Cage. While not quite as good as the last Fatal Four-Way, this was still pretty entertaining. Lots of action that saw everyone get their stuff in, as you would expect. Marek Brave gets the win and earns himself a future title shot against Matt Cage.

6.) AAW Tag Team Titles - Men Of The Year ("Unbreakable" Michael Elgin & #ALLEGO) vs. Kung Fu Manchu (Louis Lyndon & Marion Fontaine): ***1/2

This is Kung Fu Manchu's obligatory rematch after losing the titles in a Three-Way at One Twisted Christmas that also featured Zero Gravity. This was another pretty good match, although it wasn't quite as good as you might think, especially when you consider the fact that Elgin was involved. Despite that, the match was still very entertaining. #ALLEGO is especially great. That dude is hilarious! Men Of The Year eventually score the win and retain the AAW Tag Team Titles.

After the match, OI4K run out and attack Michael Elgin! #ALLEGO attempts to make the save, but the damage was already done.

7.) ACH vs. Rich Swann: ****

Hard to believe that AAW actually beat PWG to the punch with this match. ACH & Rich Swann are two of the best high flyers in the world, and they showed it in this one. Fantastic action from both guys. They're both so entertaining. It's hard for anyone not to enjoy them in the ring. Definitely the Match of the Night.

8.) Lince Dorado vs. Eddie Kingston (with Jordynne Grace): ***

These two have a history with each other in CHIKARA. Much like his rivalry with Tim Donst, it mostly involved Kingston delivering brutal beatings on Lince Dorado. Kingston has his new valet Jordynne Grace with him once again. This was a good match. Dorado got his offense in (which was exciting), but on several occasions he was able to get on offense, it was because Kingston was distracted by the crowd. Kingston, after several attempts, is finally able to put Dorado away and wins the match.

Afterwords, Silas Young comes out, and immediately security and some other wrestlers come out to separate them. Young looks surprisingly restrained as he cuts a promo on Kingston instead of attacking him. Silas says that what Kingston did to Val Malone at One Twisted Christmas crossed the line (Kingston meanwhile is using Val Malone as a human shield during all of this). He says that he will follow Kingston wherever he goes, and that he will break him. Kingston tries to respond but is rendered speechless.

Up next, We Are Here come out to the ring. They are without Nikki Mayday on this night. Kevin Harvey says the crowd is here because of them and talks about what they did to Tony Rican at The Chaos Theory. He then says We Are Here has an open contract for any tag team in the locker room that wants to face them. It ends up being answers by the L.O.S.E.R.S. of Moondog Bernard & The Sea Man! 

9.) We Are Here (Keith Walker & Tweek Phoenix with Kevin Harvey) vs. L.O.S.E.R.S. (Moondog Bernard & Sea Man): *

Pretty short match. Actually got a bit of back & forth in this one before We Are Here regroups and destroys L.O.S.E.R.S. to win the match.

Afterwords, Harvey asks if that's the bed they can get and says they want more. Tony Rican comes out with a chair and gains an upper hand for a short time before getting beat down. Eventually Ryan Boz makes the save and I guess we have another match?

10.) We Are Here (Keith Walker & Tweek Phoenix with Kevin Harvey) vs. Tony Rican & Ryan Boz: DUD

I don't recall hearing a bell for this, but it didn't really have an official end as Walker & Phoenix just beat up Rican & Boz. At one point, AAW Owner Jim Lynam comes out and tries to put a stop to this, but he to is laid out by Walker & Phoenix. We Are Here leave triumphant.

11.) AAW Heavyweight Title - Shane Hollister (with Scarlett Bordeaux) vs. Colt Cabana: ***1/4

This match was (I'm guessing) set up after Cabana saved Jimmy Jacobs from a beating by Hollister & his crew at The Chaos Theory. The match itself was actually pretty solid, though I feel like it under-delivered as a Main Event in a few ways. Firstly, this suffered the same problem as Hollister's Title Defense against Jimmy Jacobs at The Chaos Theory, in that the match went longer than it needed to. I understand this was the Main Event, but given the competitors, this could have been accomplished in a little less time. Then there was the finish. It was a really overbooked situations with tons of interference from Scarlett Bordeaux, Dan Lawrence & Markus Crane. The interference definitely hurt this match. Hollister eventually retains in a match that was good, but could have been better.

Overall: 7.75/10

I'm a little torn on this show. You had several really good matches on this show. ACH/Rich Swann was easily the Match of the Night and well worth the purchase. You also had some really solid matches with OI4K/Los Ben Dejos, the AAW Tag Team Title Match & the AAW Heritage Title Match. Then you have some of the rougher patches. Eddie Kingston/Lince Dorado & the AAW Heavyweight Title Match both had the potential to be really good matches but ultimately fell short of expectations for their own respective matches. You then had the multiple matches involving Silas Young & We Are Here that were meant to be angles that advances their respective stories, but ultimately had an effect on the show as a whole. A solid show from AAW, but not exactly their best outing compared to the last few shows.

Michael Elgin & Drake Younger battle over the AIW Absolute Title!

Cleveland, Ohio 2/7/14

It was announced before the match that Colin Delaney was unable to make the show due to the weather. However, he shows up right before the match as Colin Olsen, who he was originally known as before his short run in WWE.

1.) Six-Way Scramble Match - Ty Colton vs. Flip Kendrick vs. Davey Vega vs. Matt Cross vs. Tyson Dux vs. Colin Olsen: **3/4

We saw one of these matches back at Dead Presidents. The idea they're going with is that if you win one of these matches, you'll get either a future AIW Intense Title Shot or a match higher up on the card (like Bobby Beverly, who won this match at Dead Presidents and is now facing ROH regular Kyle O'Reilly). The competitors are pretty much the same as the previous match, save for Tyson Dux. A pretty solid opener here. Lots of action in this one, and everyone got to showcase their stuff. My only really complaint was that the finish (where Davey Vega won) seemingly came out of nowhere.

2.) AIW Intense Title - Louis Lyndon vs. Johnny Gargano: ****

The fans chant "King Of Cleveland" at Gargano, and one fan even had a sign. Lyndon comes in as the champion. This was a great match. Johnny Gargano is without a doubt one of the best wrestlers in the world. He can have one of the best matches on any show, no matter where he is placed on the card (in this case, his match was second on the show). Lyndon looked great in here as well, and is someone who should definitely be getting opportunities in bigger promotions. Much like Lyndon's Title Defense against Kevin Steen, interference from #ALLEGO allows Lyndon to get the win & retain his title.

3.) AIW Women's Title - Allysin Kay vs. Veda Scott: **1/2

Coming into this match, Allysin Kay has held the AIW Women's Title for nearly two years (660+ Days). They brawl around ringside for a little bit before the match officially starts. This was a pretty solid women's match. Allysin Kay is a very good women's wrestler, and Veda Scott continues to impress with each showing. Eventually, Kay is able to get the win and retains her title.

After the match, Veda Scott former tag team partner, Gregory Iron, comes out. He points out that he kept his word and stayed in the back for Veda's match, and she still lost. Then he says he wants to take their relationship "to the next level". It looks like Iron is going to propose, but Veda, wanting absolutely nothing to do with him, attacks him. She is able to get away as the Iron Curtain comes out to protect Iron.

4.) AIW Tag Team Titles - The Jollyville Fuck-Its (Russ Myers & T-Money) vs. The Hooligans (Devin Cutter & Mason Cutter): ***1/4

I haven't seen much of The Hooligans, so this should be interesting. A very solid Tag Team Title Match here. The Jollyville Fuck-Its are really starting to grow on me, while The Hooligans, despite their size, were very agile and impressive. Russ Myers & T-Money were eventually able to score the victory to retain their titles.

5.) Triple Threat Match - Special Referee: The Duke - Rickey Shane Page vs. Eric Ryan vs. Leah Von Dutch: **1/2

#NIXON explodes in this match! The story behind this match is that all of the former members of the stable, following their defeat at the hands of Team AIW, were without contracts (save for The Duke, who still was a joint owner of AIW). Chest Flexor (the other majority owner who's Team AIW defeated #NIXON at Hell On Earth 9) decided to give the former #NIXON Members Eric Ryan & Rickey Shane Page a chance to fight for an AIW Contract, with The Duke as a Special Guest Referee. 

Before the match starts, The Duke takes the mic. He says that, in the interest of fairness, he's going to add another person to this match, who was also a former member of #NIXON (Just to clear this up, despite losing at Hell On Earth 9, The Duke still is a partial owner of AIW. Basically he's still a part owner, but lost all of his power to Chest Flexor). It turns out to be Leah Von Dutch! Now I'm not to familiar with the details, but apparently Leah Von Dutch has an extensive history of no-showing AIW Events in the past. The match itself was ok. This was actually my first look at both Eric Ryan & Rickey Shane Page, and they looked good in here. Leah Von Dutch got a good amount of offense in as well. The match came to a point where Leah Von Dutch pinned Eric Ryan, and The Duke did an extremely blatant fast count. Everyone is shocked by this turn of events.

After the match, The Duke taunts Eric Ryan & Rickey Shane Page as they are escorted out of the building. He then calls out the AIW Women's Champion Allysin Kay to defend her title right now against Leah Von Dutch. Kay comes out and it looks like we have a title match...

6.) AIW Women's Title - Allysin Kay vs. Leah Von Dutch: DUD

Well that didn't last long. The Duke (still in his referee shirt) gives Kay his finisher, The Duke Driver, and then counts the pin, ending Kay's nearly two year title. Leah Von Dutch is the new AIW Women's Champion. This whole thing was just a mess. A nearly two years title run ends like this? Allysin Kay deserves much better. This entire angle was just bad.

7.) Kyle O'Reilly vs. Bobby Beverly: ***3/4

Beverly got this opportunity to face one of the best on the independent scene after winning a Six Man Scramble Match at Dead Presidents. This was a really good match. O'Reilly continues to be just awesome, and Beverly looked good in here as well. I feel like, at the same time, that this match was just missing something. Not quite sure what it was. Despite this, Beverly is able to pick up the win over O'Reilly in a very solid match.

8.) #ALLEGO vs. Kevin Steen: ***1/4

This match came about after #ALLEGO cost Steen the AIW Intense Title at Dead Presidents. Steen attacks #ALLEGO in the middle of his entrance. These two had a good back & forth match until Seleziya Sparx interferes on behalf of #ALLEGO and causes a DQ. Lots of good action in here, but again, the DQ finish kind of ruined things, and took the match rating down a little bit for me.

After the match, Louis Lyndon comes out to help #ALLEGO beat down Steen, but Johnny Gargano is out to make the save! They clear out #ALLEGO & Louis Lyndon, and Steen ends up giving Seleziya Sparx a Package Piledriver!!

9.) Hardcore Match - Danny Havoc vs. Tim Donst: ***1/4

Back at Dead Presidents, Donst issued a challenge to Danny Havoc for a Hardcore Match for this show. They used a lot of plunder in this one. Light Tubes, Guard Rails, and more! Some of the spots were just sick. You might be into this more than I was if you're a fan of these type of Hardcore Matches. Despite being known for his Death Match abilities, Havoc shows he's a very capable wrestler as well, and he & Donst have some nice exchanges. Donst is eventually able to get the win after slamming Havoc onto thumbtacks & hot sauce!! 

After the match, Donst puts over Danny Havoc on the mic. He then issues another challenge, this time to Eddie Kingston (who Donst has a long history with in CHIKARA) for their next show. He says Kingston is going to die.

10.) AIW Absolute Title - "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin vs. Drake Younger: ****

Elgin won the title at Dead Presidents, and this is his first defense. Drake Younger used to be a regular in AIW and is actually a former Absolute Champion. These two put on a great Main Event. As one would expect, they ended up brawling to the outside for a little bit, and we got some pretty good spots. The action in the ring was very good as well. This is very much the type of match you would expect these two to have in PWG. Elgin is eventually able to put Younger away and retains the Absolute Title!

After the match, Michael Elgin & Drake Younger both put each other over as well as AIW as a whole to close the show.

Overall: 8.0/10

AIW's first show of 2014 was a very solid one. It should come as no surprise that the best matches of the night came from Johnny Gargano & "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin. Kyle O'Reilly vs. Bobby Beverly was also a very good match. Those three matches are definitely worth getting the show by themselves. If you're into the Death Match Style, then Danny Havoc vs. Tim Donst is another good match for this show. Despite the whole controversy with the #NIXON match, the rest of the undercard is relatively solid, making for a show that is (for the most part) entertaining to watch.

AAW The Chaos Theory 2014

Berwyn, Illinois 1/24/14

1.) Fatal Four-Way - DC Dynamite vs. Ty Colton vs. Knight Wagner (with Truth Martini) vs. Marek Brave: ***

We start things off with a Fatal Four-Way featuring a variety of competitors. Pretty solid opener. Lots of fast paced action from start to finish. DC Dynamite is just a ball of energy. He was all over the place! The returning Marek Brave is eventually able to pick up the win.

2.) Dan Lawrence & Marcus Crane vs. Zero Gravity: **1/2

Zero Gravity came up short last month in their Tag Team Title Match, and are now looking to bounce back against The Dance Lawrence Project & The Marcus Crane Experience. This was solid for what it was. Fine tag team action here. Zero Gravity are able to get the win.

3.) We Are Here (Keith Walker & Tweek Phoenix with Kevin Harvey & Nikki Mayday) vs. Colt Cabana & Juntai Miller: **3/4

These two teams had a match several months prior at Point Of No Return 2013. This match was significantly better than their previous match. Not exactly sure what it was, but it was just more entertaining. Colt Cabana & Junthai Miller are able to score the win over We Are Here in a very solid tag team affair.

Before the next match, Eddie Kingston cuts a promo on what he did to Val Malone, Silas Young's wife/valet, at One Twisted Christmas 2013, and how Silas didn't show up tonight because he has to tend to his wife. Kingston then introduces his own valet, Jordynne Grace, who Kingston says is much better than Val Malone.

4.) Eddie Kingston (with Jordynne Grace) vs. Jonathan Gresham: ***1/4

This was a really pleasant surprise. Pretty solid match here. I've never really heard of Jonathan Gresham before this, but he really impressed against Kingston here. The War King is able to pick up the win in this very entertaining match. I hope we get to see more of Jonathan Gresham in AAW.

5.) Team Ambition (Davey Richards & Kyle O'Reilly) vs. Kung Fu Manchu (Louis Lyndon & Marion Fontaine): ***1/2

So his match with Jimmy Jacobs at One Twisted Christmas 2013 wasn't Davey Richards' last match in AAW after all. This would indeed be his last match with the company, as he was on his way to TNA. Only in AAW will you see the likes of Lyndon & Fontaine mixing it up with Richards & O'Reilly. This was a pretty good tag team match. At the same time, there were a number of rough spots, most notably Fontaine botching a dive off of the top rope. Despite the sloppiness, it was still pretty good. Kung Fu Manchu are able to get the surprise win over Team Ambition.

After the match, Richards cut another goodbye promo, thanking the crowd. He also says that he's looking forward to facing Kyle O'Reilly one-on-one in AAW one day. O'Reilly responds by laying Richards out!! He cuts a short promo bashing Davey Richards.

6.) AAW Heritage Title - Matt Cage vs. ACH: ***1/2

Back at Windy City Classic IX, Cage dethroned ACH to win the AAW Heritage Title. This is ACH's rematch. This was a very good match. ACH was as great & entertaining as he always is, but Matt Cage was also very impressive. Solid back & forth action in here. Eventually Matt Cage is able to retain his title with a roll up while holding onto the ropes.

After the match, Matt Cage goes to beat up ACH, but Junthai Miller comes out and makes the save!

Before the next in ring segment, we have a promo in the back that sees We Are Here arguing amongst each other. Kevin Harvey breaks things up and attempt to refocus their attention. He orders them to come out to the ring with him.

Next we have an in-ring promo from Tony Rican. He says that after the punishment his body went through during the Fans Bring The Weapons Match at One Twisted Christmas 2013, he's decided to go back to just being AAW's Matchmaker. This brings out We Are Here. Kevin Harvey looks like he's going to respond, but Keith Walker & Tweek Phoenix quickly attack Rican. The two then hold Rican while Harvey throws a fireball in his face!!! This brings out The L.O.S.E.R.S. (Moondog Bernard & Sea Man), who try to fight them off, but they are ultimately unsuccessful. 

7.) AAW Heavyweight Title - Shane Hollister (with Scarlett Bordeaux) vs. Jimmy Jacobs: ***1/2

Back at Windy City Classic IX, Jacobs won the AAW Allegiance Tag Team Tournament with Silas Young. By winning, they got to book themselves in whatever match they wanted. While Young chose a match with Eddie Kingston at One Twisted Christmas 2013, Jacobs chose to challenge for an AAW Heavyweight Title. This was a very good title match, but it suffered from two issues. Firstly, it went a bit longer than it needed to. It was just over 25 minutes, but it didn't need to go that long. A shorter match (15 or 20 minutes) would have made for a better match. Secondly, the crowd was pretty quiet for a good portion of this match, which is pretty disconcerting, because both guys put forth a ton of effect. Jimmy Jacobs especially put on a very good showing, even after getting busted open after hitting his head on the guardrail while spearing Hollister to the outside. He deserves a lot of credit. After a good bit of back & forth (and the crowd had gotten into it by the end), Hollister is finally able to put a bloody Jacobs away to retain his title.

After the match, Hollister, along with Scarlett Bordeux & Marcus Crane, started putting the boots to Jacobs, but Colt Cabana comes out and chases them off with a billiard cue.

8.) AAW Tag Team Titles - Men Of The Year ("Unbreakable" Michael Elgin & #ALLEGO) vs. The Monster Express (Ricochet & Uhaa Nation): ****1/4

It's time for the Main Event, which had A LOT of hype coming into it, as it was the first ever meeting, of any kind, between Michael Elgin & Uhaa Nation. This was a really great match! Their was a lot of fantastic action (especially towards the end), and it told a good story with Elgin & Uhaa Nation trying to go at each other every change they got. Ricochet & #ALLEGO looked great in here as well. Just a great match all around. Elgin & #ALLEGO are eventually able to score the win and retain their Tag Team Titles.

After the match, Michael Elgin cuts a promo and thanks AAW for putting this dream match together against Uhaa Nation, who likewise agrees. #ALLEGO then steals the mic and ruins the moment by calling Ricochet & Uhaa Nation losers and celebrates the Men Of The Year's victory to close the show.

Overall: 8.25/10

This was a really good show from AAW. One thing that I really like about this show compared to One Twisted Christmas 2013 was the consistency. There really wasn't a bad match on the card. You had some pleasant surprises with the opening Fatal Four-Way and Kingston vs. Gresham. Despite their own separate issues, the Team Ambition/Kung Fu Manchu and Hollister/Jacobs matches were relatively solid. Matt Cage & ACH put on a very good showing for the Heritage Title, while the Main Event was fantastic, and will probably be one of the best matches you'll see from AAW in 2014. A very solid outing from AAW without a doubt.

AAW One Twisted Christmas 2013 Review

Berwyn, Illinois 12/28/13

1.) Marcus Edwards vs. Moondog Bernard: DUD

These two have very....interesting gimmicks to say the least, especially Bernard. The match doesn't last long as Keith Walker makes his way out with Kevin Harvey & Nikki Mayday. Walkers lays out both guys and Harvey demands that Michael Elgin come out and have a rematch with Walker, after their first meeting ended with Elgin winning in controversial fashion. Elgin is quick to answer the challenge.

2.) Keith Walker (with Kevin Harvey & Nikki Mayday) vs. "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin: ***1/4

This was a pretty good big man match. It's not often that you see Michael Elgin wrestle somebody that's bigger than him, but he worked pretty well with Keith Walker. Elgin is able to overcome interference from Walker's returning We Are Here stablemate Tweek Phoenix to score the win.

3.) AAW Heritage Title - Matt Cage vs. Mallaki Matthews: **

Matt Cage won the AAW Heritage Title from ACH at the previous show. Tonight he's defending against a relative unknown in Mallaki Matthews. It was an ok match. This was more of a showcase for Matt Cage if anything else, and it helped get his character over. Not much else besides that.

Before the next match, we get a promo from MsChif. She was originally scheduled to be in the Fans Bring The Weapons Match, but she announces that she has to pull out due to her recently becoming pregnant. This brings out The House of Truth and Truth Martini talks about MsChif being pregnant (Truth Martini & MsChif have a long history in AAW). He then has Heather Patera & Knight Wagner hold MsChif back and it looks like he's going to hit MsChif in her gut, but Heidi Lovelace & Tony Rican make the save and our next match is underway!

4.) Fans Bring The Weapons Match - The House of Truth (Heather Patera & Knight Wagner with Truth Martini) vs. Heidi Lovelace & Tony Rican: **1/4

This match is a Christmas Tradition for AAW. We saw so much variety in this when it came to weapons. Smurf Dolls, Ironing Boards, Plastic Guitar Hero Guitars, Trash Cans, and a lot more. The match itself was fine, but it just didn't come off as a very interesting hardcore match. Knight Wagner scores the win for the H.O.T. after hitting Rican with a sick move onto some thumbtacks.

5.) Colt Cabana vs. Tweek Phoenix (with Kevin Harvey, Nikki Mayday & Keith Walker): **

For some reason, I feel like I've seen this match before. Anyway, there's nothing much to say about this one. It was ok. Cabana gets the win with The Billy Goat's Curse.

6.) Davey Richards vs. Jimmy Jacobs: ****

These two have met occasionally in ROH but their encounters have been few and far in between. This was a great match. We all know how good Richards is, and Jacobs was great in here as well. We usually see Jacobs as a heel in most promotions he wrestles in, so it's refreshing to see him work as the underdog babyface, which Jacobs plays very well. After great back & forth action, Jimmy Jacobs gets Davey Richards to tap out to the End Time.

After the match, Jimmy Jacobs cuts a promo putting over Davey Richards, saying he is without a doubt, one of the best wrestlers in the world (Richards was on his way out to go to either WWE or TNA at the time). Richards returns the favor to Jacobs. He then says it was all the years busting his butt and honing his skills on the independent circuit that got him to where he is about to go.

Before the next match, Marcus Crane has a gift to give to Dan Lawrence to help cheer him up after the crappy Christmas he had (in fact, the whole group of Lawrence, Crane, Shane Hollister & Scarlett Bordeaux all had a crappy Christmas after Hollister lost the AAW Heavyweight Title to Kevin Steen the month before). It ended up being a bottle of some alcoholic beverage and wants to throw a party. Of course, the mere mention of alcohol and a party brings out Arik Cannon. Lawrence says Cannon isn't invited and Cannon smacks him with a beer bottle. Lawrence & Crane double team Cannon until Ryan Boz comes out and we have a match.

7.) Dan Lawrence & Marcus Crane vs. Arik Cannon & Ryan Boz: *3/4 

Not really much to say about this one. It was there. Cannon & Boz pick up the win.

8.) Eddie Kingston vs. Silas Young (with Val Malone): ***1/4

These two have been feuding ever since Eddie Kingston made his debut in AAW earlier in the year. By virtue of winning the AAW Allegiance Tag Team Tournament with Jimmy Jacobs, Silas Young got to book himself in any match he wanted, so it was no surprise that he wanted a match with Eddie Kingston. The match itself was a pretty good brawl. A Ladder & the Steel Steps all became involved, and Young was eventually able to pick up the win.

After the match, Kingston attacks Silas. He uses duct tape to tie Young to the ropes. Kingston then takes Young's wife/valet, Val Malone, and gives her a brainbuster onto a chair!! After Kingston exits, Malone is quickly attended to by a number of people, as well as Silas once he is cut free from the ropes. Powerful stuff.

9.) AAW Tag Team Titles - Three Way Elimination Match - Kung Fu Manchu (Louis Lyndon & Marion Fontaine) vs. Zero Gravity vs. Men Of The Year (#ALLEGO & "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin): ****

#ALLEGO had a tag title shot, but was without his usual Monster Mafia partner, so he chose Michael Elgin to take his place. This is Elgin's second match of the night. This was a pretty great match. You had a really good mix with the smaller guys in Kung Fu Manchu & Zero Gravity against the larger team, which #ALLEGO had dubbed The Men Of The Year. Lyndon & Fontaine were eliminated first, meaning that new champions would be crowned! Eventually, Elgin & #ALLEGO were able to put away Zero Gravity, and captured the Tag Team Titles!

10.) AAW Heavyweight Title - Kevin Steen vs. Shane Hollister (with Scarlett Bordeaux & Marcus Crane): ***3/4

At last month's show, Windy City Classic IX, Kevin Steen defeated Shane Hollister, in what was Steen's first match in AAW, to capture the AAW Heavyweight Title. This is the rematch. It was a pretty solid Main Event. It's wasn't quite Match of the Night, but it was still very good. Kevin Steen is always entertaining and never fails to disappoint. Hollister got to show a lot of stuff in here as well, and he is finally able to put away Steen to recapture the AAW Heavyweight Title! He celebrates with Scarlett Bordeaux & Marcus Crane as the show goes off the air.

Overall: 8.0/10

Even though the rating would seem to indicate otherwise, this show was a relatively mixed bag. You have several really good, even great, matches on here. Richards/Jacobs and the two title matches were well worth the purchase. You also had a very sold match with Michael Elgin & Keith Walker along with a good match with major storyline advancement in Eddie Kingston vs. Silas Young. Then you have a lot of stuff that was ok/average at best. You had a number of matches that hovered around the two star range, and honestly weren't that entertaining. This show had a lot ups and downs, but the stuff that was good definitely out-weighs the stuff that's not so good. A solid outing for the most part from AAW.

WWE WrestleMania XXX Review

This is the first major WWE PPV to be held on the WWE Network, so a lot is riding on this show.

WWE WrestleMania XXX

New Orleans, Louisiana 4/6/14

Pre-Show

1.) WWE Tag Team Titles - Four-Way Elimination Match - The Usos vs. The Real Americans vs. RybAxel vs. Los Matadores: ***1/2

The Usos won the Tag Team Titles (a well deserved victory) a few weeks prior, and now they're defending the titles in a Four-Way Elimination Match. This was originally going to be on the PPV itself, but got pushed to the Pre-Show a few days prior. To quickly sum up the eliminations, Los Matadores were eliminated first, followed by RybAxel, and then finally, The Usos eliminated The Real Americans to retain the WWE Tag Team Titles. This match was just a lot of fun. Great tag team wrestling from start to finish. I'm kind of questioning why this was on the Pre-Show, because it could have easily been on the main show. 

Following the match, there was a big angle involving The Real Americans. For weeks, there had been tension between Cesaro & Jack Swagger. They would nearly come to blows, but Zeb Colter would always be able to bring them back in and calm things down. This time would be different. Cesaro finally reached his breaking point and hit the Giant Swing on Jack Swagger! The crowd was really into this. Cesaro storms off afterwords and The Real Americans are seemingly no more.

Main Show

75,000 fans have packed The Superdome for WrestleMania XXX!! Before we get to the matches, the host of WrestleMania XXX, Hulk Hogan, comes out. Hogan talks about the show, while getting heat from the crowd after referring to The Superdome as "The Silverdome". LOL. Then, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin came out! Shorty thereafter, The Rock came out!! They went over their WrestleMania Moments and ended the segment with a beer bash. This was just so great. Seeing Hogan, Austin & The Rock in the ring together, at WrestleMania, was a super special moment.

1.) Winner Advances To The Main Event - Triple H (with Stephanie McMahon) vs. Daniel Bryan: ****1/2

So whoever wins this match will be added to the WWE World Heavyweight Title Match in the Main Event. This is a story that's been building for months as Daniel Bryan has had to fight against The Authority so he can regain the title that was taken from him. Triple H is introduced by Stephanie McMahon and comes out on a massive throne decked out in "King of Kings" garb. It's really a sight to see. Daniel Bryan doesn't get a special entrance, but he is wearing furry kick-pads in tribute to Bruiser Brody. This was a fantastic match. They told a good story with Triple H working over Daniel Bryan's arm/shoulder (which was taped up following a previous attack on RAW). The crowd was really into this as well. Everything in this match just worked. Daniel Bryan won cleanly (that's right, he pinned Triple H in the middle of the ring, no shenanigans) with his running knee. Awesome stuff.

After the match, Triple H attacked Daniel Bryan, going after his previous injury. Bryan advances to the Main Event, but his chances just got slimmer.

2.) Six-Man Tag - Kane & The New Age Outlaws vs. The Shield: **

The Shield recently turned face against Corporate Kane, who in turn recruited The New Age Outlaws to help take them out. Road Dogg tried to do his usual shtik during his team's entrance, but was quickly interrupted by The Shield. This was essentially a match that went about three minutes, where The Shield pretty much destroyed & dismantled Kane & The New Age Outlaws. This was just greatness. The Shield went over strong, which is exactly what needed to happen.

3.) Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal: ***1/4

The winner of this match gets a huge Andre The Giant Memorial Trophy. Like most battle royals, this was just kind of there for the first part (hard to do stuff when there are thirty guys in the ring), but once the field got cut in half, it got good, and it just got better from there. The last two men in the match were Cesaro (a last minute entry into the match) and Big Show. In an INSANE moment, Cesaro picks up Big Show for a bodyslam, holds him in position, and throws him over the top rope. An amazing ending. Very entertaining battle royal, especially the second half.

Cesaro is presented with the Andre The Giant Memorial Trophy and poses with it.

Before the next match, we get a video package covering the Cena/Wyatt feud that features Eminem's song "Legacy". It's a really great video. You just have to go to WWE's Youtube Channel and see it for yourself.

4.) John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt (with The Wyatt Family): ***1/2

For Wyatt's Entrance, he gets some voodoo dancers, and then the band that performs his theme song is out there to perform it live!!! That was very cool. Cena, oddly enough, doesn't get a special entrance. This was a pretty good match. There were a lot of great spots in this match, from counters, to Cena diving from the top rope to the floor onto Luke Harper & Erick Rowan, and more. Just a lot of cool stuff in here. The ending was a little flat, with Cena winning in his usual fashion, but there was nothing wrong with the match itself.

Up next we have the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2014. This year's class features The Ultimate Warrior, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Lita, Paul Bearer, Carlos Colon, Mr. T, and Razor Ramon.

5.) The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar (with Paul Heyman): **3/4

Here we go. The match that everyone will remember this WrestleMania for. Firstly, I should say that I don't think the build to this match was good at all. Basically you had Undertaker beating up Lesnar every time his was on TV (or Paul Heyman when Lesnar wasn't there) until the RAW before the PPV when Lesnar actually got one over on The Deadman. The match itself was ok, but very underwhelming when we take into consideration the matches that The Undertaker has had at WrestleMania in the last couple of years. Now there a few reasons for that. Obviously The Undertaker was a lot older (which is understandable), but he was also able to work with someone who he'd be able to put on a great match with in his aging state (Shawn Michaels, Triple H, CM Punk). Lesnar wasn't that guy. If they were going to do this match, it should have been the year before in New Jersey. They waited a bit too long on that. Then there is the fact that The Undertaker got a concussion during this match. There were concerns many had going in about the ability of The Undertaker, at his age, to work against a guy like Lesnar, who has an extremely physical style (they've feuded before in WWE, but this was before Lesnar went to the UFC). Obviously that was kind of proven here with The Undertaker suffering a concussion, and it definitely affected the match. Finally, there was the big shock. Brock Lesnar defeated The Undertaker. He ended The Deadman's WrestleMania Undefeated Streak. There are so many people who have argued both sides, in regards to if The Undertaker should have lost or if Brock Lesnar was the guy to end The Streak. I'm personally going to not put down my opinion here, as I myself am still conflicted on it, because both sides of the argument make valid points.

On the plus side, The Undertaker's Shocking Lost provided us with this great gem...

Brock Lesnar & Paul Heyman celebrate as the entire Superdome is in shock. Undertaker gets a standing ovation as he departs.

6.) WWE Diva's Title - The Vickie Guerrero Divas Invitational: **1/2

As you can tell by the name it was given, this match was made by Vickie Guerrero. It's essentially AJ Lee defending the Diva's Title against the ENTIRE DIVA'S ROSTER, in a massive one fall to a finish battle. At times, it was kind of a clusterfuck, but at other times, it was surprisingly good. The Bella Twins hitting double suicide dives was a definite highlight. They would have gotten better crowd reactions, but there was no way they were going to be able to follow the shocking events that came before it. Still, it was fine for what it was. Despite everyone and their mother predicting otherwise, AJ Lee was somehow able to retain the Diva's Title.

7.) WWE World Heavyweight Title - Triple Threat Match - Randy Orton vs. Batista vs. Daniel Bryan: ****1/4

It's Main Event Title!! Randy Orton & Batista come into this match fresh, while Daniel Bryan not only went through a grueling match with Triple H, but had an injury that was further aggravated by Triple H's post-match attack. This was a very good match that was made even better by the drama. At one point, Triple H & Stephanie McMahon came out with their own referee to try & screw Bryan over, but it didn't work. Bryan hit a suicide dive on Triple H & Stephanie, and was even able to take Triple H out with his own sledgehammer!! Then there was a brutal spot where Randy Orton & Batista hit a RKO/Batista Bomb combination, putting Bryan through one of the announcer's tables!!! Orton took a big hit there as well, as he landed back first onto one of the monitors. They tease taking Bryan out on a stretcher, but he is able to fight through it and get back in the ring. He eventually makes Batista tap out to win the WWE World Heavyweight Title!!! Bryan celebrates as the entire Superdome chants "YES!" to close the show.

Overall: 8.75/10

I don't think people were expecting this WrestleMania to be as good as it ended up being. A lot of that had to do with the first hour (including the pre-show). The WWE Tag Team Title Match was extremely entertaining, the Hulk Hogan/Steve Austin/The Rock was every wrestling fan's dream come true, Triple H vs. Daniel Bryan was the Match of the Night, The Shield squashed Team Attitude Era, and Cesaro won the Battle Royal. That first part of the show was fantastic. Despite the fact that Cena/Wyatt didn't have the outcome everyone wanted, was still a very good match, and even the Diva's Match was decent. Finally, the Main Event delivered everything you would want in a WrestleMania Main Event. The only real point of controversy was The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar, both in the quality of the match itself and the end of The Streak. On the whole, this was a very good WreslteMania, and certainly one that will be remembered for a long time to come.
