ROH Glory By Honor VI: Night One
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 11/2/07

1.) Brent Albright & BJ Whitmer vs. Kevin Steen & El Generico: **1/4

I thought this would be good, but it ended up falling a little flat. It was decent match, and that's about it.

2.) Hallowicked vs. Claudio Castagnoli: *3/4

This is another match that I though would be good but it ended up falling flat. This match is just there...

Larry Sweeney comes out and offers to buy Claudio's contract so he can sell it up the river to Vince (McMahon). Claudio tells Sweeney that his contract will come in handy when he runs out of toilet paper.

3.) Davey Richards vs. Delirious: **3/4

Delirious requested this match apparently. This is sort of a loose end from Delirious' feud with the NRC as I don't think he ever wrestled Davey (as a NRC Member) up to that point. This was a decent match. Though having Delirious call out Richards only for Delirious to loose seems a bit odd...

4.) ROH World Tag Team Titles – Jay & Mark Briscoe vs. Roderick Strong & Rocky Romero: ***1/4

Here we get the third incarnation of the NRC as a tag team in the form of Strong & Romero. Very good action in this one. Another entertaining match from these teams.

The Age of the Fall come out and start beating up both teams. TRANSFORM!! The Vulture Squad comes out and we got a Tag Team Scramble!

5.) Tag Team Scramble – The Age of the Fall vs. The Vulture Squad: **3/4

I'd say this was about the same level as the tag team match from Undeniable. It was a fairly decent contest. It ended kind of quickly though.

6.) Top of the Class Trophy – Mitch Franklin vs. Ernie Osiris: *

Eh......another Top of the Class Trophy Match. Moving on.....

7.) Best of 3 Series: Match 3 – Austin Aries vs. Bryan Danielson: ****1/4

This is the Match #3 in the Best of Three Series between these two. It was a great match. Lots of entertaining stuff in here. Definitely worth seeing. These guys never disappoint.

Sweet 'n' Sour Inc. comes out next and Sweeney says Hero is contractually obligated to a title match, and since Nigel is injured, they want it now. Nigel comes out & says he's not cleared but Sweeney calls him a coward, thus enticing Nigel to put up the Title.

8.) ROH World Title – Nigel McGuinness vs. Chris Hero: **3/4

You know.....for wrestling in street clothes & injured, Nigel was able to put out a good match here. Oddly better than some of the matches on this card. Hero initially wins, but the ref notices Nigel's foot on the rope & the match continues with Nigel eventually getting up the win.

9.) Takeshi Morishima & Naomichi Marufuji vs. Mitsuharu Misawa & KENTA: ***

Here we go.....Japanese Legend Mitsuharu Misawa in action. The match ends up going to a 30 Minute Time Limit Draw. It was ok, but you could tell Misawa is not in his prime anymore & that he did not bring his best. Was no where near the level of the Kobashi Matches, but this was still good.

Overall: 7.25/10

Honestly, the Aries/Danielson match is the only real reason to watch this show. If into any of the guys in the Main Event, I guess that's another reason but the match was only good. Everything else was just good to ok to disappointing.
